The standard shipping time is 1 to 3 business days. Processing time for custom wig orders are up to 14 days. All other product items are 1 to 7 days.

We offer extra small, small, medium and large wigs. These sizes equate to a head measurement circumference of 21, 21.5, 22 and 23 inches. For custom measurements, please see section 4.

Our wigs can only be purchased from shoph22.com. For custom wig orders, please visit our 'Wigs Collection'. There you will see an option to purchase a custom wig. If are still having trouble, please contact us through our 'contact us' link in the website footer.

We understand that it may be difficult to select an accurate cap size for your wig. Select what you think is best! When adding an item to your cart, leave a detailed note describing your natural hair length (ie. short, medium, long), density (ie. fine, medium, thick), and head sizing (ie. small, average, large). Our experts use their best judgment based off of your detail notes and contact you prior to shipment with further questions!

With proper care, our hair extensions can last a minimum of 1 year.

All of our candles are paraffin and phthalate free and use zinc free wicks. We use high quality safety tested fragrance oils, many containing essential oil fragrances. Our candles are 100% soy.
