Return/Refund Policy

We do not accept returns/refunds on hair extensions. However, in the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will review each order on a case by case basis. If we should find a viable reason to where there may have been a product quality issue or customer service issue, we will easily arrange an exchange as long as the hair extensions have not be tampered with (this can include shampooing, constant manipulation to the hair, etc.). Product quality issues can be considered abnormal shedding and/or tangling. Customer service issues can be considered receiving the wrong item in regards to length, texture or color range of the hair extensions. 

If you are requisition a return for any other products that are not hair extensions, your purchase will be reviewed on a case by case basis. If we should find a viable reason to where there may have been a product quality issue or customer service issue, we will easily arrange an exchange, refund or credit.
